                 Dear Brethren,

   Greetings and shalom in Yahshua’s name. I pray that all are well. I want to share with you the powerful effect that prayer has in our lives.

  As I wrote to you just about 2 weeks ago, before our trip to Central America, sharing with you the urgent prayer request for current adoptions in Guatemala, and in particular the pending adoption of our daughter Moriyah.

   The first response by the Guatemalan president, before our prayer request, was to raid orphanages and foster homes and abduct the children away. Many perspective parents still don’t know where their children are. Praise Yahweh Moriyah is fine.

  The next move by the President was to stop all in process adoptions by December 31, 2007, leaving about 3,000- 5,000 children orphans and devastating the perspective parents. This is when I sent the urgent prayer request out to the Brethren.

  I don’t think the Guatemalan president knew the power of prayer of Yahweh’s elect.

 Joh 14:13  And whatever you may ask in My Name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Joh 14:14  If you ask anything in My Name, I will do it.

Joh 14:15  If you love Me, keep My commandments.

  Yahweh loves all people, but to His remnant elect that love Him, and keep His commandments, He especially has promised to hear their prayers. From that time that the prayer request went out, things started to move very quickly. We have received around 37,000 signatures for the petition to President Bush and congress to act according to law and protect these children.

   Within days of these events, not only did the US government change their stance to help in process adoptions, but even Unicef  has written a public statement also. This has caused the Guatemalan congress to also adopt a pending law, now in their congress, to allow all in process adoptions to complete even after the December 31, 2007 deadline. Praise Yahweh.

  Another miracle also took place. Like I mentioned before, in an international adoption there is a structured order that has to be fulfilled before you can legally take your child home. There is no way around this, it would not be following judicial order to just give a baby away without going through the legal realm, there is just no way around this.

   But we can pray to Yahweh to speed up the process in each procedure that we are in, and that is exactly what we did. Last week we just finished the process of DNA testing to make sure the baby was not kidnapped. Now our case would go to the US Embassy for pre-approval before entering the final process with the Guatemalan government. Our agency told us it is taking 60 or more days to get approval from the US Embassy, which would mean the earliest we could enter this process, would be years end or early 2008.

   Then the miracle happened. When in Miami last week we were contacted by the US Embassy within one day of receiving our case that we were pre-approved. IN ONE DAY! It was a miracle. Our agency was speechless and told us in 25 years she had never seen a case get approved that quickly, as many are waiting even up to 3 months for approval from the Embassy.

  Then she said you must have a lot of people praying for you, and I could hear her voice cracking when I told her how many people worldwide are praying to bring little Moriyah home. I honestly believe to bring this little innocent baby home to Israel is symbolic of the great exodus that will be coming shortly for all Ephraimites living in Diaspora.

 Jer 31:8  Behold! I will bring them from the north country, and gather them from the recesses of the earth. Among them the blind, and the lame, the pregnant one, and the travailing one together, a great company shall return here.

Jer 31:9  They shall come with weeping, and I will lead them with prayers. I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a right way; they will not stumble in it. For I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is My first-born.

  Yes I do believe with all certainty that Yahweh will hear our prayer and bring our baby home, and I also believe with all certainty that all of you living abroad will be coming home to Israel soon also. Our Savoir is coming shortly to upend all evil and unrighteousness and to gather His elect from the 4 corners of the earth to reign with him forever.  Both Petra and I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your prayers and support, and especially to all our dear friends that signed the petition; it brought tears to our eyes to see how many people love us, and please know how much we love you also.

   I pray that everyone has a most wonderful feast, and a most spiritual one. We truly look forward to serving all the brethren coming to Jerusalem. We were so happy that even though we are not at the same time as the Jewish calendar, we actually had more people sign up for Sukkot than ever before. Praise Yah.

  Also brethren, please keep your eyes on the current push for peace in the Middle East and Israel. The Arab nations have given the west an ultimatum for next months peace initiative that either a Palestinian state is made immediately or there will definitely be war on the horizon.  This will start as a regional war, but will head into a world war when ever it happens, as only YHWH knows the times, but it certainly looks as if it is at the door. Make your election and calling sure while it is called today. Stay out of debt as the financial situation in the US and abroad is going to get much worse in the days ahead and of most importance serve Yahweh with your whole heart and mind and soul and strength.
